TEAM UNITY MISSION STATEMENT
Team Unity strives to extend itself to boys and girls of all ethnic backgrounds between the ages of 8 and 18 in the metropolitan Detroit area. Our goal as an organization is to provide through teaching and coaching, opportunities to enhance overall basketball skills and education. Team Unity teaches player development and understanding through the team concept. Team Unity seeks to practice and play the game of basketball with intensity and the utmost respect. Team Unity looks to compete on an in-state and out of state level. Team Unity intends to travel across the United States of America with a competitive attitude, admiration for the game of basketball and respect for ourselves as individuals. Team Unity provides opportunities for our kids to play in front of college coaches and scouts. Lastly, Team Unity seeks to prepare our student/athletes through mentoring and coaching for the college experience. All of the above mentioned components must and will follow the organization's motto and that is DISCIPLINE + HARDWORK = SUCCESS

EDUCATIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
All members must attend school regularly.
All members must maintain a 2.5 grade point average.
Zero Tolerance for behavior problems at school.
Zero Tolerance for attendance problems at school.
Attend class on time everyday.
No disrespectful behavior towards any teachers, administrators or my staff.
GENERAL RULES FOR ORGANIZATION
No hats will be allowed in any building.
No du-rags will be allowed in any building.
No earrings are to be worn in the gym. Take them off before you enter.
Mandatory study hall for one and half hour on all road trips.
One Sunday per month as a team we will attend church service.
