Blue Cross offers summer internships for undergraduate and graduate
students that pay very well. They are available in a variety of fields
and departments, such as business administration, insurance, sales,
human resources, etc. Interns are paid on an hourly basis based on their
school standing.  Rates range from $11.50 to 14.50 for undergrads,
$18.50 – $22.50 for graduates and those in grad school. The job

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is currently collecting resumes from
excellent candidates with backgrounds in business administration,
insurance, sales, actuarial sciences, underwriting, information
technology, health care, human resources and operations to be considered
for the 2011 intern program.
 
The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Intern program is designed to
give student interns a chance to do something extraordinary.  With our
program and your ideas, we can provide a summer experience like no
other.
 
Your 12 week summer experience will include a rich work experience with
clearly outlined goals and a success plan to achieve those goals.  The
structure will include mentoring with an executive mentor, a peer mentor
as well as a variety of opportunities for networking and social

Bloom's Taxonomy refers to a classification of the different objectives that educators set for students (learning objectives). Their are 3 types of learning domains : 1.Cognitive (knowledge), 2. Affective (attitude), 3. Pyschomotor (skills)
Cognitive Domain
1. Knowledge - recall data or information
2. Comprehension - understand the meaning, translation and interpretation of instructions and problems. State problem in one's own words.
3. Application - applies what was learned in the classroom into novel situations in the workplace.
4. Analysis -: Separates material or concepts into component parts so that its organizational structure may be understood. Distinguishes between facts and inferences.
5. Synthesis -  Builds a structure or pattern from diverse elements. Put parts together to form a whole, with emphasis on creating a new meaning or structure.
6. Evaluation - Make judgments about the value of ideas or materials.
