Head Boys Basketball Coach
Developed a fundamental based basketball program for grades 9-12. Established a pre and post season skill development plan for our entire boys basketball program. Established a college ready offensive and defensive approach to prepare our kids for the college experience. Utilized effective basketball drills to teach proper technique and player development. Established a scouting report procedure for my entire coaching staff to prepare us from game to game.
